All financial records for the City of Magazine are public records and are open for public inspection during regular business hours of 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Monday through Friday, at City Hall in Magazine, Arkansas. If the record is inactive or in storage and therefore, not available at the time a citizen asks to examine it, the custodian shall certify this fact in writing to the applicant and set a date and hour within three (3) days at which time the record will be available for inspection and copying.

To start water and sewer services, please visit City Hall at 23 N. State Hwy. 109. You will be asked to show a current I.D. and pay a $150 deposit to open your account (can only be paid with cash, check, or money order).
Water & Sewer customers may pay their bill with cash, check, money order, credit/debit card (has a bank fee), and auto draft.

Magazine has two community buildings that are available for public and private events. The Hank Stone Community Building requires a usage fee of $25. The Gloria Perry Community Building requires a usage fee of $50. To reserve either of these buildings, please call City Hall at (479) 969-8550.
To reserve a spot in the RV park, please call (479) 969-8550 or visit City Hall. $10 per night | $60 per week. Maximum length of stay is one (1) month.
